Our stay went off to a bad start as the hotel couldn't find our booking and 訂房網站.com didn't know what happened as well. 訂房網站 took an hour to finally solve the issue. The hotel made it up to us by ensuring that our stay over the next few days were exceptional. The assistant managers, director of rooms and general manager were quick to check that our stay went well and ensured that no other hiccups occurred. Some issues with our rooms were quickly resolved as well. Breakfast was good and included made to order dishes, but the buffet selection could perhaps have more variety and more dishes on rotation.

橫琴口岸有發財車可以直達酒店乘車點 辦理入住也很快 酒店樓下有一個小的娛樂場 早餐也不錯 早餐不能穿酒店拖鞋哦 服務也蠻好的 樓下餐飲小吃也有很方便 還可以去商場坐摩天輪～

Booked this stay as a birthday surprise and requested room decorations everything turned out fantastic. During our week-long stay, we dined at the restaurant regularly, and the food was absolutely amazing. The staff was outstanding, especially Katie, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. She’s incredibly kind, and we hope to meet her again when we return. The world needs more people like her!

地段非常好，地鐵就在旁， 附近有許多好的按摩店health land，便宜又好 才700泰祝，值得一按再按 夜市也是在附近（有king castle夜店）

あのWホテルに朝食付きで3萬円で泊まれるなんて…！ Wホテルバンコク、コスパ良すぎます。 ジムエリアにはフリーウェイト、マシン等もしっかりあるので旅行中の運動不足も心配ナシ！ 朝食は東南アジアらしいメニューがたくさん。 スイカジュースやら點心やら。 一部の壁などには経年を感じる部分もありましたが、水回りは清潔で全體的に快適に利用でき、私にとっては十分でした。 大通り沿い近くなのでgrabもすぐ捕まります。 気になる方はぜひ！

地理位置方便、酒店隔音好、隔壁***衹能聽見一點點兒小噪音。整體服務滿意、房間中規中矩所以沒拍照片、對面寫字樓就有711、臨近兩個BTS、就是特別受獨特群體喜歡、真是開了眼了、中庭的餐廳環境非常棒、就是吃的沒有很驚艷、主要賣點也是環境！泳池不大、但是算能出片、隔壁就是像素大樓、因為妹妹泰國出差兩個月、第一次過來曼谷、住了8天、下次應該還會選擇！
